On December 14, the "Construction Project of Lankao County Government Affairs Data Resources Sharing Platform" undertaken by our Company passed the acceptance successfully. At the meeting, the acceptance expert group listened to the report on the project construction achievements and trial operation of our company, watched the system demonstration, unanimously agreed that the project passed acceptance, and highly appraised the project results.

Construction Project of Lankao County Government Affairs Data Resources Sharing Platform, consigned by the 863 Software, is in response to the sprint of 《Implementation Plan of the General Office of the State Council on the Integrating and Sharing the Government Affair Information System》,《13th Five-Year plan of Cloud computing and big data in the Henan Province》and《Notice on the Issuance of the Implementation Plan of the Integrating and Sharing the Government Affair Information System in the Henan Province》,and is one of the important measures to comprehensively promote the opening of government data sharing, aims at breaking the current situation of the previous vertical management of government departments and the lack of data intercommunication, integrating various departments and services of the Kaifeng government, constructing a large-scale data service system covering the whole city, improving the efficiency of government services greatly, and providing the public with the all-round and personalized public information services.

It is understood that after the close questioning and discussion by the expert group attending the preliminary acceptance meeting recently, said that the " Construction Project of Lankao County Government Affairs Data Resources Sharing Platform" comply with the construction requirements in terms of content and quality. The system architecture is designed reasonably and thinking clearly, has strong expansibility, management specification, complete documents, and has the condition for on-line initial inspection, and hopes to continuously optimize the system to prepare for final completion acceptance.

The 863 Software undertakes the project of “Lankao County Government Affairs Data Resources Sharing Platform”， which realizes cross-departmental and cross-level physical decentralized logical interconnection through the latest API cluster technology, based on the resources reflection mechanism and the efficient interoperation technology of academician Mei Hong's. By visiting various types of systems belonging to each management level in the government extranet, the Internet, the government intranet, and the unit intranet. The activation data interface can be generated and carded, and the technical route is completely feasible. It can not only greatly improve the application effect of "Once-Off" and the timeliness of data fusion and combing, but also realize the data intercommunication of multi-source heterogeneous system. Since the start of this project, the project has completed a series of creation work of resource directory system, data exchange platform, Lankao county datacenter, government information sharing portal, and integration of the sharing progress filling system.

As the basic supporting platform of the underlying data of Lankao County, the project team of the 863 Software realized real-time acquisition of information system data, precise fusion and seamless integration across information system only more than one month, without the cooperation of original developer, no source code, no intelligent reconstruction data read-write function interface of database dictionary. It provides important data platform support for Lankao County’s "Internet + government service" platform data docking.

As of December 2018, the Construction Project of Lankao County Government Affairs Data Resources Sharing Platform has collected the data on handling cases of Citizens Home，public transaction data and data of 13bureaus, such as the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Justice Bureau, the Civil Affairs Bureau, the Development and Reform Commission and others. Opening up 21 core business systems, developing and deploying 200 data API interfaces, and collating more than 2,000 business fields, involving about 210,000 data in corporate libraries and  about 2.5 million data in population databases, totally more than 2.8 million piece of data were covered.

The successful acceptance of this project is the affirmation of the project results of our Company, which successfully establishs the decision-making application of "Lankao Government Big Data", fully supports the response of the Emergency Office Command Center, quickly implements the "Once-Off" convenience service, creates the barrier-free co-operation of the whole county and realizes Real-time Interconnection of Lankao Public Service through the "data API cluster resource interface pool". This project fully “activates” the commercial activities of Lankao With the help of the government big data, and also provides a data base support for the follow-up in Lankao County’s comprehensive implementation of the informationization work of government affairs! In the future, the 863 Software will continue to adhere to the concept of "data processing plant", and the innovation technology to further make a leap to the wisdom Lankao!
